The Enchant Christmas experience was nice. It was beautifully lit all over the place. The staff was nice. I was kinda expecting a little more given the hype. Overall, it was something nice to do and see on Christmas Eve. The weather was perfect for the evening event. I was surprised to see sooo many people. It was enjoyable. Next time, it would be nice to have a more robust and longer light display. It would’ve also been nice it gave something more interactive for the guests like a large oversized frozen giant slide. It was so fun!! The staff was so nice and accommodating! Now it was opening weekend but even with that they really out did themselves! My daughter loved the ice skating and my son loved the little village play area! So many lights, the maze was fun and entertaining! And of course get yourself.a drink in the light bulb cups! We may need to come back for round.2 , there was so much to do! Highly recommend bundling up as we do in the Midwest and going!

I had the most grand time here! The staff were all friendly and cheerful even for a fridgid night. The maze was WONDROUS and the market had a lot of variety! It was a little pricey, but I still got a few stuff— once in a lifetime right? Ice skating was a blast despite the bruises from falling so much— but thanks to the staff for keeping an eye on me, I was fine! I hope to come here again in the future.

We went last night. It was very pretty with all the lights and the maze was fun. Was a bit disappointed with Santa’s village as there weren’t many vendors. The ones that were there had very little to offer. It wasn’t what we expected. Also the VIP upgrade wasn’t worth it. You don’t get much for a $25 more upgrade. The general admission guests were getting in faster than the VIP line.
