It was so fun!! The staff was so nice and accommodating! Now it was opening weekend but even with that they really out did themselves! My daughter loved the ice skating and my son loved the little village play area! So many lights, the maze was fun and entertaining! And of course get yourself.a drink in the light bulb cups! We may need to come back for round.2 , there was so much to do! Highly recommend bundling up as we do in the Midwest and going!
The Enchant Christmas experience was nice. It was beautifully lit all over the place. The staff was nice. I was kinda expecting a little more given the hype. Overall, it was something nice to do and see on Christmas Eve. The weather was perfect for the evening event. I was surprised to see sooo many people. It was enjoyable. Disappointed in the Enchant Christmas Franklin VIP experience, 😕 not worth the extra money. Parking sent us to the top of the hill, we had VIP parking and also handicap, they totally miss guided us in the wrong direction, poorly managed, no communication between employees. The wine they offered us with our VIP free drink, nasty. Had to pay extra to get it in a light bulb style drinking cup. Our complementary gifts cheap. Wow! Felt like I was in a Christmas village. Such a fun experience. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that big tree. The light display is beautiful on its own (those giant reindeer😍), but then there is so much within it. The search for the reindeer, Santa, Mrs. Santa storytelling, elves, lighted dance stage, and other performers. I cannot skate myself but the rink is really beautiful.
