This event was super pricey but it was worth every penny. Our family opted for the VIP passes and we immediately saw the benefits from it. We were escorted into a much shorter entrance line where they gave us drink tickets and special wrist bands that got us into the VIP lounge. In the lounge they had fire pits, smores kits, beautiful photo ops and a lovely medallion as a souvenir. We had a beautiful and fun evening. Our 5yr old loved every minute of it, especially the maze. There is only one thing I would change. We bought VIP tickets and it came with a free drink voucher per ticket. However, you could only use those tickets at the designated VIP area. My 5yr old and I gave our drink vouchers to my husband so he could enjoy the drinks, and while there are cocktail areas all over the venue, VIP vouchers could only be redeemed at one spot making my husband have to go all the way back to the VIP area to ... read more
We had a wonderful time! The maze was awesome, the lights were mesmerizing, and the holiday cocktail was delicious! It far exceeded my expectations. There were many food options and the cotton candy vending machines were a huge hit. They also had a ton of pop-up shops including a Build-a-Bear.
Our 2nd year, and just as Enchanting. This year, not as many food vendors, more dessert foods than meal foods. The maze this year is hunting for toys instead of reindeer. We also did the VIP and was very relaxing, drinking spiked hot cocoa, listening to Christmas music and watching the skaters. Helpful tip: if you have one of those carts for hauling stuff or children, bring it. Best way to carry items bought from vendors.
We went to Enchant in Scottsdale last night and we had a great time. Angel Uranga was the Guest Services Manager that assisted us. He greeted us and walked us the the VIP area. Told us all about the venue including telling us about the different food choices and provided valuable suggestions!! He helped us get our ice skating waivers signed ahead of time so we beat the crowd at the ice rink. He gave a great instructions on how to proceed through the maze and participate in the game.
