Although I needed an emergency appointment, I also needed to find a new dentist and I believe I found him. This was my first visit and I felt like I made the right choice from the beginning. I called to schedule a wellness appointment with the D.C location and was referred to the College Park office because of an opening within days. I went a little early and was seen almost immediately at 4pm. The staff was friendly, competent, and knowledgeable to the point I changed my primary care physician to Dr. Rehman. She listened to each of my concerns and addressed all with solutions. I felt listened to with an empathic ear and a great sense of humor. Horrible experience. My test results were lost and I came back to repeat testing and have yet to hear from anyone. Management also does not follow up.
Dr Dunmoore was a great GYN. The office is always clean and sanitary. However, the office struggles with time management. I always wait over 30-45 minutes to be seen for my scheduled appointment. Even after her departure (retirement) not much has changed. Please do better and consider your patients time.
Wife went here for an obgyn consultation and it was a complete mess. They had a different doctor see her than the one she scheduled without her consent, the new doctor (Jamiere Smith) was falling asleep while talking to her, pressured her to take a prescription despite my wife saying she didn't want to, and spoke in a very condescending way.
