BEST BASEBALL EXPERIENCE EVER! My son had the absolute best week here! They're a pretty well oiled machine. We didn't run into any issues during the check in process. The park is huge, but just make sure to know which field you're playing on so you can pick the closest parking lot. There are snack bars every few fields and bathrooms. The retail store is pretty cool! We left with tons of memorabilia, sweatshirts, home run shirts, pins and pin towels, etc. The engraving shop was pretty user friendly and the staff was helpful. ... read more
It was a great experience for our whole family. Also the snack shack food was decent and fairly priced. Tournament shirts sell out in minutes you'll have to order your tournament shirt online
A very well-run operation, albeit, not perfect. Nevertheless, pretty good considering 104 teams and however many spectators there were. Review from an umpire for one week. Food (in the Village): Not great. I guess to be expected since they're feeding ~1000 people/meal, but could be better. A little boy's dreams come true to play baseball here! Such an incredible facility. All 22 fields are immaculately groomed and kept. The staff is kind, the teams are all there to live out their own dream of playing baseball in Cooperstown! Such fun memories!
Our team traveled to the facility and I have to say the our boys had an amazing time. The opening ceremonies run late and the opening events take a little too long. The grandstands need some shade but it is truly a magical time for the boys. The food however needs a major overhaul. I recommend eating before you come and waiting to eat until after you leave. The park is clean, safe and truly a baseball paradise for young boys!
