This facility is great! It’s extremely clean and there were no issues in this regard. Additionally the customer service was excellent. The worker was super helpful and enthusiastic about helping me. A great experience that made my day better.
I needed to update my insurance policy for my storage unit at StoreEase. I called and talked to Brittney. She sent me a link to text her an image of my new policy. I sent the text and in no time she replied with a confirmation. It was so easy and Brittney was very helpful. Thanks Brittney!
Really great facility- clean and professional. I was nervous that the virtual kiosk would mean customer service wasn’t a priority, but I can’t speak more highly of their professionalism. Would recommend for anybody seeking self-storage
StoreEase has been very easy to access and to quick at handling any issues that I have had, which have been very few . Jalen has been very professional and helpful and accommodates any question with confidence and quick action . Have had a great experience so far !!
Facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Virtual kiosk was easy to use and incredibly helpful. Would absolutely do business with them again.
