Went for intake on feb 13th. Erika said I should hear back in a week about getting assigned a therapist. I haven't heard anything. I called on the 22nd of Feb, and the operator said Erika would get back to me. Still no word. I called again this week and was told the same thing. Don't bother with this place.

Diane has a huge amount of knowledge that brings some subjects to light. Her DBT group was awesome. I was supposed to do the group with someone else and I hated it. When Diane offered me the group I was resistant but am so thankful that i did. I now have a good set of coping skills that can help me in rough spots. And her Survivors group is the absolute best. There and be hang ups here and there but ultimately it's all worth it. I dives deep into the abuse and then provides tools for making things much more manageable. I wou... read more

It really is misleading to tell others (who may be seeking help from the center)that you've had a problem or negative experience there when you haven’t been there. There’s a likely reason that they aren’t contacting you back, such as: perhaps your son is client there& you are not, and through divorce/court order, they are not able to discuss anything with you. You should go through the court or your ex to be privy to anything regarding your son & his therapy. Which is absolutely the way it’s supposed to be. Imagine your deep... read more
