Great staff and great food selection. Compared to the rest of the market they really do have cheapest supplement prices. It’s still fairly pricey if you are shopping for anything else though. Having said that unless it’s in the freezer I wouldn’t touch the bread here, natural bread just ages way too fast. Even when you get home just put it in the freezer. Ambrosia is an organic food store provides many unique items. I shop some of my favorites from here regularly. They also provide natural lipsticks and makeups. The location is convenient at 7/400. And their service is always good.
Ambrosia is one of the few places that sell pasture raised eggs in the gta, for years we’ve been getting scammed by “organic” eggs and “free ranged” eggs, I’ve seen a handful of these farms. It means nothing. Only pasture raised eggs have chickens that are allowed to roam outside, usually in an open field. Natural food store located close to the good life gym. A wide variety of health food items, there is skin care products as well. It’s very spacious and the items and shelves are organized and well stocked. There is plenty of parking and the employee that we spoke to was knowledgeable in product placement. These health food stores do tend to be a little pricey though. My sister and I were looking for a low calorie alternative to condensed milk. No luck.
I love this place. Clean store and washroom. Good customer service. Veggies and fruits are always fresh. Lots of variety of supplements and other grocery items.
