Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Allure Dental. I was a patient at the previous dental office and was skeptical when the new company was coming in. Ive recently began receiving treatment at Allure and first impressions are most important; so I must say that I’m absolutely loving the services and customer service from their staff. Toby, thank you for the amazing and thorough cleaning; and your gentleness. Candice, thank you well for your kindness as well as the other lovely young ladies working at the front desk. I went into Allure dental frightened and anxious. The staff there were so kind and sweet and immediately put me at ease. The office itself is clean, bright and full of warmth. Usually, medical offices have either a kind medical practioner or a kind front office staff- never both. But this office miraculously has both! Every single staff member is so excited to guide you along your dental journey. If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment with them for my pre-teen child, based on a referral that I got from his pediatric dentist. I explained in full detail what was needed (a root canal or extraction) to the lady that answered my call, informed her of his age, and she scheduled the appointment. On the day of our visit, the very first thing that was discussed with me was a $125.00 fee, which I agreed to, assuming that my child would be taken care of.
