The 3 stars is for the friendly staff but I waited 45 mins to be told I have to go to a dental surgeon which is fine , but they also said I would get a cleaning, to then be told that the cleaning person is too busy and to reschedule. So a little bit over a hour to get a piece of paper and be sent home . Then I tried calling back 15 mins to closing to see when they are sending the referral over to my insurance so I can find a dental surgeon , no answer . I just feel played. And my insurance should too.
Recently brought my son in and he was terrified! Jasmine at the front desk was really sweet and welcoming and kind to him. She let him get extra toys from the treasure box and that helped calm him a lot and ease my anxieties too. The space was very clean and the dentist was quick. Would recommend!
The absolute worst dentist practice ever. I wish I could give them a zero. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are very very dishonest, they do not care about the patients, all they are interested in is to scam and upsell, very conniving. They disgust me, I will never go back there or recommend anyone to, they are not professionals and they do not do good work, very trifling. Bing

I am sick and tired of getting the run around between the Plantation and Tamarac offices regarding the damage done to one of my tooth by Dr Kelly Calderon and the pain I suffered for 7 months before the tooth was extracted. This is ELDER ABUSE. Also, $10,000.00 gone down the drain plus $8500.00 billed to the Insurance for bridge which was taken out by the Dentist and Crown which fell out and cannot be replaced. I am SCARED to have Allure Dental do any work in my mouth. I have had sleepless nights from the pain and suffering.
