Everyone on the staff has been very helpful and caring., the front desk they are very nice and friendly.I would definitely recommend this dentist and Doctor Alexander. Azbel is very kind, precise,professional and knowledgeable .The assistant Carmela very good I think I’ve found my favorite dentist
Recently brought my son in and he was terrified! Jasmine at the front desk was really sweet and welcoming and kind to him. She let him get extra toys from the treasure box and that helped calm him a lot and ease my anxieties too. The space was very clean and the dentist was quick. Would recommend!
The 3 stars is for the friendly staff but I waited 45 mins to be told I have to go to a dental surgeon which is fine , but they also said I would get a cleaning, to then be told that the cleaning person is too busy and to reschedule. So a little bit over a hour to get a piece of paper and be sent home . Then I tried calling back 15 mins to closing to see when they are sending the referral over to my insurance so I can find a dental surgeon , no answer . I just feel played. And my insurance should too.
Janice is simply the BEST! I've always been terrified of dentists, but Janice makes me feel safe and the procedures are pain free. I always leave Allure with a smile on my face because of Janice ☺️
This is the Louis Vuitton of dental offices. Everyone is extremely kind, they have payment plans that helped me continue treatment and everyone treats you like family, not just a customer. Jasmine at the front desk is awesome! She explained my treatment plan to me in a way I could understand. I highly recommend!
