Such a disappointment! My first time going as it is the closest urgent care near me and yikes. I went in a couple of days ago with high fevers and trouble breathing for about 4 days. Mind you, I am 30 weeks pregnant and I wanted to see what was wrong. I’m already limited to medications due to pregnancy but Tylenol was not helping at all and wanted to see if there was something more. Came to the office with my son earlier today and am very pleased with the service provided here. The front desk Matthew was very pleasant and the medical assistant was very nice and caring, she took her time with my son even though he is afraid of the doctors office. The doctor we saw Dr. Chan was so caring and was able to identify the problem with my son quickly. We were in and out in like 30 min!!!! P.S the office is very clean and new. Will definitely bring in my other children here
The kindness and professionalism of the staff at the Roxbury location are remarkable. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the quality of care and service is very impressive. The facility is modern and updated and can handle many needs. I highly recommend AFC and will definitely go back in the future if I need care.
Exceptional staff! Julianna and Lois did everything to make me feel comfortable and Dr Rick was outstanding! This team is a great asset to the company! It was nice getting in and out without feeling rushed. The doctor took his time to make sure the job he did was perfect!
I brought my son in yesterday for a worrisome issue. We saw Lane, the nurse practitioner. I’ve met a slew of doctors in my lifetime. He is by far the nicest, most thorough medical professional I’ve encountered. People overlook physician assistants and nurse practitioners, which is a shame. Lane is completely capable. In fact, he is amazing. We didn’t feel like we were at an urgent care facility. It was beyond that. Very good experience!
