Don't waste your time. Went there due to the extreme diarrhea I had from what I assumed was a bacterial infection. Receptionist was fantastic. Got me in the room very quickly . Nurse took my vitals and was very pleasant. And that was it! Some strange looking doctor(?) entered the room. He looked like a doctor from the twilight zone episode. He then immediately told me what I should eat and what over the counter medicine I should take and then left the room. This whole encounter took 30 seconds at most. Friendly staff / quick service. Will definitely use them moving forward. Had an appointment with altantic urgent care waited over an hour with no service, American family care saw me with in ten minutes of being there. Much better choice. Strongly recommend.
Exceptional staff! Julianna and Lois did everything to make me feel comfortable and Dr Rick was outstanding! This team is a great asset to the company! It was nice getting in and out without feeling rushed. The doctor took his time to make sure the job he did was perfect!
The staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were amazing to me very gentle when I was in a lot of pain and compassionate. I think they are the best urgent care services I've ever received for myself or my family. I will definitely recommend them highly. They are efficient and punctual with time. I was literally out in 45 minutes
I brought my son in yesterday for a worrisome issue. We saw Lane, the nurse practitioner. I’ve met a slew of doctors in my lifetime. He is by far the nicest, most thorough medical professional I’ve encountered. People overlook physician assistants and nurse practitioners, which is a shame. Lane is completely capable. In fact, he is amazing. We didn’t feel like we were at an urgent care facility. It was beyond that. Very good experience!
