This was our first time there and the doctors, the receptionist everyone there was very nice, helpful, and respectful. Definitely will recommend this location..... my baby boy was sick they made him feel very uncomfortable.
Took my twins on 2 different days for a strep infection and the staff was very friendly and nice. We were in and out in less than 30 mins for both visits and still got adequately diagnosed and treated. The place is super clean and I was surprised when I got a follow up call to check on my baby. That meant they care about their patients. This will be my family’s urgent care from now on. Thank you for your great service
I recently visited AFC Urgent Care and had a fantastic experience with Sue and Julianna. They were both incredibly welcoming and professional throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and cared for. Their attention to detail and genuine concern for my well-being stood out. We have been there many times with small children. I like the place because the waiting time is very reasonable, food drs or nurses work there. It is very easy to make an Appointment or just walk in. Stuff is friendly and always easy to work with, they send us all paperwork after visit summary to my email same minute as I call and asked. Also very quickly send all RXs to our pharmacy, that we can go and pick it up straight after visit this place.(some offices take their sweet time) . Came to the office with my son earlier today and am very pleased with the service provided here. The front desk Matthew was very pleasant and the medical assistant was very nice and caring, she took her time with my son even though he is afraid of the doctors office. The doctor we saw Dr. Chan was so caring and was able to identify the problem with my son quickly. We were in and out in like 30 min!!!! P.S the office is very clean and new. Will definitely bring in my other children here
